Project Description:

This program supports clothing store operations. Interested in having a computer based program that will allow me to do inventory control (upload excel files and/or manually input information) for quantity, style, size, color, description, cost, date and price. Need to track suppliers by, name, address, address, city, state, postal code, phone, phone, fax, website, contact, account number, username and password. Catagories of inventory include garments (there are subcategories but not important at this time), promotions and misc. List clients, name, name, address, address, city, state, postal code, telephone, and cell phone. Generate invoices onto template with company logo. Select customer from drop down menu, select goods from drop down, date, select price from drop down and have invoice total at bottom. Need to make allowance for taxable sales and non-taxable sales. Need to be able to manually enter prices, quantities and desscription (ie total manual invoice generation). Invoice shouldhave box to make comments into. Invoices need to be able to be printed onto paper and data stored witin program for future reference.Need to be able to print reports onto paper. Predefined reports include, client list, supplier list, invoices. Ability to generate ad-hoc reports as necessary.The cost/business module should track, costs, prices, sales, trends, cumulative data. Reports should be able to be generated for sales (by day, week, month, year or other specified timeframe), for costs, profit, inventory levels, sales per client and miscellaneous costs. Any data generated should also be exportable to microsoft products such as word or excel. Ability to generate ad-hoc reports as required.
