House-hunters in the North East of England now have a bigger range of new-build properties to consider, with the release of a brand new phase at Derwent View in Stanley, a popular development of new homes in County Durham from Bett Homes.
Derwent View features a collection of three- and four-bedroom houses for sale in the former mining town, with prices starting a ?169,995.
