I present my video on a particular potential area of liability of entities in Puerto Rico, with a focus on limited liability companies (LLC's) and corporations.
I have notices in my real estate practice, the surprisingly numerous amount of LLCs and corporations which perform some business activity in Puerto Rico, but which were created outside of Puerto Rico. This reality and the absence of compliance with a given formality (described in the video) required under Puerto Rico Law, unnecesarily exposes members and stockholders to personal liability.
