In these smaller outlying towns of Tulsa, it seems that it is hard to find a rental (I live in Sapulpa). Anyone who doesn't use a Realty company to manage and lease usually doesn't do much more than put a sign in the yard, because that is all they have to do. I've found more houses in Sapulpa for rent driving around than advertised. Check the local papers and keep an eye on craigslist, and drive areas you'd like to live.
